Our team
Caleb started his business journey with a bachelor degree in Finance from Liberty University. After graduating, Caleb returned to his hometown to start a fitness center honoring his brother. Since then, the fitness center has grown into a medical complex serving thousands of people in Southwest Virginia. Growing up on a family farm, agriculture has always been near and dear to his heart. After meeting Bodhi and starting Elevation Aerial Application, he is now able to continue to improve his hometown by assisting farmers with data driven results. He strives to push the mission to not only transform communities through purpose driven fitness, but also leverage the latest technology to repair the land to last for generations.
Rooted in a lifelong dedication to aviation, my early years were spent absorbing every facet of this dynamic industry, first through a formative three-year engagement with a helicopter company and then by deepening my expertise across leading aviation firms. Today, guided by my family’s legacy in Virginia, I am committed to pioneering innovative aviation solutions that honor tradition while advancing our industry’s standards. It’s a privilege to serve and shape the future of aviation, blending rich experience with a steadfast dedication to excellence.
As a 2020 graduate from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Geography and a minor in Meteorology, I bring a wealth of knowledge in GIS and cartography to the table. My academic journey was complemented by years of interning as an engineer, honing my practical skills and understanding of various technical aspects. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in a diverse range of hobbies, including recording music, snowboarding, cooking, and gardening. These passions reflect my multifaceted nature and drive for creativity both in and out of the workplace.
With 40 years of professional aviation experience under my belt, I proudly call Grayson County my hometown. Throughout my career, I've served as a flight instructor, charter pilot, and airline pilot, shaping my expertise in the skies. Graduating from NC State and obtaining a Master's in Mathematics from UNCC has provided me with a strong academic foundation. Beyond aviation, I've also dedicated myself to public service as a North Carolina firefighter. Currently, I share my knowledge as an instructor at a turbine aircraft flight school, where I guide aspiring pilots on their journey. My diverse background in academia, aviation, and community service fuels my passion for excellence both in the air and on the ground.
I've worked with the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources as a Fish Biologist Tech. This job entailed working with our fish biologists in the local waterways of Grayson, Smyth and surrounding counties observing fish populations and water quality. I Also specialize in photography and videography. I have always had a passion for capturing fond memories with a camera. Having the ability to relive a memory otherwise lost in the hustle and bustle of life is the biggest reason I love working with a camera in hand!
