The Virginia Department of Forestry needed an applicator to control some thick fescue sod prior to tree planting on steep land that had been unmanaged for many years. A stream ran through the area to be planted and the herbicide application needed to be precise. I reached out to Elevation Aerial Application after seeing them at a demonstration event. Elevation promptly met with me to evaluate the site and agreed to spray the area. I was very pleased with the results of the aerial herbicide application. The area to be planted had very good kill on the fescue and the area immediately adjacent to the stream was not impacted. Elevation and their crew were very professional and were diligent in making sure the application of the herbicide covered the entire area.
